Introducing our power kit to suit the KTM ‘Group’ 450EXC-F models from 2024-on. The models this includes is:
- 2024-on KTM 450 EXC-F/XCF-W Models
- 2024-on Husqvarna 450 FE Models
- 2024-on GasGas 450 EC-F Models
Please note for USA Models: These bikes will need to be de-restricted to suit our tunes, which requires a reed block removal, and a silencer replacement/upgrade. Our tunes will not suit restricted bikes.
This ERM power kit comes packaged with:
Our tuning package will achieve the following:
- Fewer flame outs
- More power at all throttle positions (compared to stock AU/EU models, which are already much more powerful than stock US models).
- Increased RPM limit
- Smoother power delivery on/off throttle, especially at low revs
- Easier to get the power to the ground
- Can often carry a gear higher in difficult conditions
- Ability to adjust throttle response and engine braking amount via a slider on the ERM
- Each FSP tune includes both a Green and White map. Green is tuned and more aggressive. White is softer and safer.
- Gear specific tuning included in every FSP tune… we tune high and low gears differently to achieve the best combination of power and smoothness. This applies to both White and Green maps and makes a huge difference to on/off throttle smoothness in tough conditions.
- Traction control (TC) is enabled in all FSP tunes.
- Maps and TC can be activated by an OEM map switch or by the ERM, even on US models that do not have provision for a map switch in the wiring harness. The ERM does not need to remain connected after making a Map/TC selection, it will remember the map/TC setting you’ve selected then you can remove the ERM from the bars.
- View live engine data including RPM, Throttle, Intake pressure, coolant temp, battery voltage, ignition angle and current map.
- There will be multiple tune options to choose from the stock exhaust or an aftermarket option
- Service and diagnostic functions that are normally found on dealer level equipment included with every ERM:
- Read/clear fault codes
- Operate the fuel pump
- Operate an injector
- Fire a spark plug
- Control the cooling fan activation temp.
The ERM allows quick and easy fine tuning of fuel, ignition, throttle response and engine braking on all 4 stroke models. The FSP tune will run great without additional tuning, but if you want to optimise the tune for your individual style you can do so safely and you can always go back to the stock or base FSP tune. Adjustments via the ERM can make a huge difference to the feel and rideability of your engine, allowing you to go from mild to wild in a flash.
