The TACS-PRO RACING Tire Air Control System kit for Husqvarna TBI 2024-on enduro models is an integrated rear wheel solution that automatically inflates and deflates the rear tyre to maintain optimal pressure during demanding off-road and hard enduro system is engineered specifically for the original OEM rear wheel and hub, creating an airtight rear hub assembly with intelligent electronic pressure management.

  • Two programmable pressure targets (LOW and HIGH) to suit slow technical sections and faster special tests, adjustable in a range of approximately 0.0–0.8 bar.
  • Integrated compressor unit mounted near the air filter continuously measures and regulates rear tyre pressure to the selected target.
  • Handlebar-mounted digital display unit with clear pressure readout and two status LEDs for pressure status indication.
  • Control via the motorcycle’s original signal light (indicator) switch, used as a three-position hotkey (left / centre / right) for quick mode changes.
  • Significantly improved traction on loose stones, roots, mud and other low-grip surfaces on both climbs and descents.

  • Application: rear wheel gassing and deflation system for Husqvarna TBI 2024-on off-road/enduro motorcycles.
  • Compatible wheel: OEM rear wheel and hub (original factory rear wheel only).

Each TACS-PRO RACING Tire Air Control System kit for Husqvarna TBI 2024- includes all components required to convert the OEM rear wheel into an airtight, pressure-controlled system:

  • Pressure Control Unit (intelligent regulation module for the rear tyre).
  • Display Unit for handlebar mounting, with digital pressure indication and status LEDs.
  • Drain Valve for controlled, automated deflation of the rear tyre.
  • Rear Brake Disc Protection in titanium-brown finish, designed to integrate the pressure line routing and protect the rear brake disc area.
  • 2 × high-quality SKF wheel bearings for the rear hub.
  • 4 × hub pressure sealing rings (2 rings supplied as spares).
  • 2 × specially designed rear wheel spacers with pre-mounted MUD seals for improved sealing and protection.
  • Inner distance tube for the rear hub, matched to the sealed hub design.
  • Hoses, wiring and all additional small parts required for complete installation of the system on the motorcycle.

Installation overview

The TACS-PRO RACING Tire Air Control System is supplied as a complete retrofit package for the OEM rear time is approximately 2.5 hours for an experienced mechanic and involves reworking the rear hub assembly and routing the air lines and wiring.

  • Removal of the seat and fuel tank.
  • Removal of the left and right airbox covers to access the air filter area.
  • Removal of the rear wheel, rear brake caliper and caliper carrier.
  • Removal of the right-hand rear wheel bearing to allow fitment of the new sealed hub components.
  • Installation of the new bearings, hub pressure sealing rings, inner distance tube and special wheel spacers.
  • Mounting of the compressor/pressure control unit near the air filter and routing of hoses to the rear hub.
  • Installation of the rear brake disc protection and integration of the pressure line guide.
  • Mounting of the display unit on the handlebar, connection to the 12 V electrical system and to the original indicator switch harness.
  • Configuration of LOW and HIGH target pressures on the display unit according to the intended terrain and preferred tyre behaviour.
