The DOWATEK CNC engine cover Hardenduro StarkVarg D1170 is a reinforced replacement engine cover engineered for Stark Varg EX, MX and SM electric off-road for hard enduro use, it targets one of the most exposed areas of the drivetrain and helps shield the motor housing from impacts, abrasion and trail debris.

Construction & design

The D1170 engine cover is CNC-milled from a solid aluminum block, ensuring tight tolerances and high structural billet aluminum construction provides strong resistance to point impacts from rocks and other obstacles, while the compact outer profile avoids interference with the rider’s boots or controls.

Carefully machined sealing surfaces follow the factory layout, allowing installation with suitable gasket and hardware according to the original durable metal surface is more resistant to wear from dirt and riding boots than standard composite covers, helping the power unit retain a clean, professional appearance over extended use.
