Order process

If you claim any of our products, you must order it through the webshop. This is not a requirement for registration, but it is worth noting that you will not have to enter your data again when you submit your nearest order.

If you do not sign up, select "Buy only" (this is possible if you have already put your product in the basket).

After you put the product into your basket and finish shopping, click the Cashier button

If you complete Company Data, it will appear on the invoice (even if you see in the confirmation email that the personal name is there).

At the end of the order you can write a comment (request, question)

Our system automatically sends out a confirmation email to the email address provided during the ordering process within the next minute of order. Please read it! (Unfortunately we can not deliver emails to hotmail, yahoo, and windowslive email addresses.)

We will keep you informed about the state of the orders received in your system by e-mail.

In the process: Administration has begun, within 48 hours we will deliver the package to the selected courier service (there are times when our supplier says that the product will only be available later or not available but will notify you immediately)

During the purchase: the product is purchased for more than 3 business days. In individual cases, this may mean waiting for weeks, or unfortunately it is time to find out that the product is no longer available.

Under delivery: the package was assembled and delivered to the selected courier service

During shipment: we send it to those who selected our Budapest, Cegléd, Vác business as a transfer point. In this case, the package is on the way, our staff will call you as soon as your order is received. In Budapest, you can go to your order on the day of the movement of goods in the opening hours. In Cegléd, orders from Tuesdays are usually taken over from Friday. In Váno, orders from Sunday until Wednesday can be taken from Wednesday. A unique case is possible.

Acceptable: the package can be taken over to the selected transfer point (usually sent to those who have chosen the outsourcing business as the transfer point)
