Technical Notes & Important Information
- USA-specific models – on restricted USA versions, the intake reed block must be removed and the silencer replaced or upgraded so the engine is fully de-restricted; the supplied tunes are not intended for restricted bikes.
- ERM firmware – ERM devices should be updated to firmware version v3.0.1 or later to unlock and use the full set of available features.
- Non-permanent installation – the ERM can be mounted on the handlebars for setup and testing, but permanent installation is not required once the preferred tune and settings have been flashed to the ECU.
