This Billet Cap and CNC machined TSP head insert suits KTM ‘Group’ models 65 Models 2009-2023. The TSP Head is designed to work with the stock base gasket design and gives a big boost to power throughout the rev range.

Specific models suitable are:

KTM SX65 2009-2023

Husky TC65 2009-2023

GasGas MC65 2021-2023

You will receive one (1) cylinder head & Insert for your make/model, base-line jetting specifications to suit and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on!

Our key TSP Head features are:

  • Improved throttle performance in the whole RPM range
  • Smoother throttle response
  • Improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top
  • Reduced risk of detonation

You must upgrade to the new spark plug R7282-10 and spark plug cap when using our TSP head as we change the plug sizing.

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
